Voila! I present to you my roundup of 18 Paleo/Keto friendly recipe sites for 2018!

If you are anything like me, you spend a fair amount of time online hunting for new and interesting Paleo and Keto recipes to feed yourself and maybe your family as well. We all know there is nothing worse and more frustrating than coming across a recipe that looks really tasty only to realize it doesn’t fit within your specified diet. Sad face.

Check out these sites and be inspired to go beyond your everyday Paleo fare.

In the spirit of transparency, I have not personally tested all the recipes featured below but, I do want to try them! And, if our tastes are not perfectly in line, don’t despair! I’ve just plucked a few recipes from literally hundreds available. Go look around for yourself!

1. Paleo Grubs

Paleo Grubs is a BIG site. You can search by food category and they offer a 14-Day Paleo Diet Meal Plan.

2. Stupid Easy Paleo

Stupid Easy Paleo is the home of Steph Gaudreau, this site is not just about recipes, it is about fitness, mindset and general kick assery. One of her pillars of health is to Eat Nourishing Food and this is where recipes come in.

3. Nom Nom Paleo

Nom Nom Paleo is the Paleo food blog. It has hundreds of recipes and a really personal feel to it. Foodie, Michelle Tam started eating Paleo in 2010 and a few months later started the blog. Now Michelle is the author of two Paleo cookbooks and Nom Nom Paleo is an award winning website. Nom Nom Paleo is all about the Instant Pot, just like me!

4. Civilized Caveman Cooking

Civilized Caveman Cooking is George Bryant’s home on the web. His Paleo story is fascinating and heartbreaking, worth checking out his bio. He’s got loads of recipes and says his index “… includes all of my favorite paleo recipes to live a healthy, happy, and bacon filled life”.

5. My Heart Beets

My Heart Beets is a grain-free blog and it has an entire category of Paleo and Whole 30 compliant recipes. Just check the boxes for your special diet and Bam! lots of recipes just for you! This blog also has an Indian food slant, you’ll find lots of delicious Northern and Southern Indian fare.

6. Autoimmune Wellness

As its name reflects, this blog is full of recipes that follow the Autoimmune Protocol. This is an even more restrictive diet in comparison to the Paleo diet. Which means, if you are Paleo, you can also enjoy everything at AutoimmuneWellness.com!

7. Elana’s Pantry

Elana’s Pantry has been around forever. It is a mainstay in the world of gluten-free cooking and baking. She has archived her recipes and categorized them by special diet so if you are looking for Keto, Paleo, Candida diets, you are covered.

8: I Breathe I’m Hungry

I Breathe I’m Hungry has a nice selection of Keto and Paleo recipes. It also includes a FREE 12 week(!!) Keto menu plan. Definitely something to check out if you need inspiration to stay keto.

9. Fed and Fit

A Paleo Blog with a side of fitness and beauty.

10. The Nourished Caveman

The Nourished Caveman has lots of Keto friendly recipes including sweet and savoury fat bombs.

11. The Sophisticated Caveman

The Sophisticated Caveman invites us to feast our eyes on mouth watering Paleo dishes. And his cookbook, Paleo Date Night is such a great idea!

12. Cast Iron Keto

Because I too love my cast iron pans, I have a special place in my heart for Cast Iron Keto. Check out all the different foods you can cook in your cast iron skillet. Also, Alex uses PaleoTrack to calculate the macro nutrients of many of the keto recipes listed.

13. Meatified

More beautiful photography, Meatified is another visual experience to entice us all to jump in and make Paleo dishes. Rachel’s index lets you select ingredients, type of diet, and season to find just the Paleo recipe you need.

14. Zenbelly

The Zenbelly blog is associated with the San Francisco Catering company of the same name. Chef Simone even had categories of gluten-free and Paleo recipes for several popular festivities; Passover, Summer BBQs, Thanksgiving, they are all there!

15. Paleo Hacks

Paleo Hacks is not just a recipe site, it is a Paleo resource. It calls itself “The biggest Paleo community on the web”. Here, you will find nutrition, health, and lifestyle information as well as tasty and interesting Paleo recipes.

16. PaleOMG

A Paleo lifestyle blog that has made me laugh a few times. Julie’s humour is for me and her recipes are for everyone ;) Oh and there is an Instant Pot category too!

17. The Paleo Mom

The Paleo Mom is a medical biophysicist and obviously, a mom. This site is chock full of highly readable scientific information on why the Paleo diet works as well as it does. Recipes are down to earth delicious.

18. A Calculated Whisk

Who doesn’t love a catchy blog name? A Calculated Whisk makes me chuckle. Becky includes a 30 Minute Monday recipe category, it is nice to have a section dedicated to quick eats.
