Paleo/Primal is the default and is moderately low carb (depending on your goal).

Choose Keto Reset if you read Mark Sisson's latest book and want to try his 21-day reset. It is an excellent transition from a standard high-carb grain-based diet.

Keto is for those going full-on keto. It is very low carb and high fat.
